Rembrandt study*updated*
Spend an hour last night applying some oil paint to my Rembrandt copy. Oil dries very VERY slow, so i had to photograph it with my cellphone instead of scanning it, which is why the colors seem a bit strange.
I decided to do a bigger painted selfportrait during easter, but several hours into the process i gave up and covered it with black paint in frustration. My colours where the main problem, therefore i hoped doing a study of a Rembrandt would help me. Here is a scan of how it looks momentarily(the rembrandt study/copy):

Croquis
Today we did some croquis with Ida as model, was great to finally draw some female shapes again. After having drawn the He-man’ish super model Matt for several weeks?/months?
